1.Visit our office in Litein or Nairobi

2.Provide parcel details and recipient contact

3.Get your waybill number for tracking

4.Make payment (M-Pesa or cash)

5.Receive confirmation and await delivery

Every parcel is issued a Waybill Number upon drop-off. You can use this number to:

  • Track delivery status

  • Get real-time updates via WhatsApp or SMS

  • Confirm collection at destination
